At Caregivers Home Health Services, we encourage you to become involved and to actively participate in the care plan that your physician has devised for you. Each patent has a unique bill of rights that addresses the care they are expected to receive. We believe that each patient has the right to understand and request a change or modification to the aspects of the health care plan they receive.

Our caregivers monitor your concerns and inform your physician about your medical preferences. The amount and type of care you receive will depend on your individual requirements (as defined by your physician). We pay particularly close attention to the concerns you have about receiving individual health care.

Payment Options
There are a number of different government programs that can help you pay for your home health care services. If you have any questions, our care coordinators will be happy to explain how some of the more popular programs work. We will also determine whether you qualify for federal, state, and local assistance programs.

If you do not qualify for any of the government assisted programs, or if you do not have a private insurance policy, then we can help you set up private payment programs with reasonable rates.
