First an initial patient assessment and plan of care are performed by an RN. Then our certified nursing assistants, home health aides and patient care aides can implement private duty services of many varieties. Our staff will be happy to assist you with personal care habits and the activities of daily living (ADL). We provide assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, personal hygiene, and feeding. Our skilled paraprofessionals can also assist with range of motion and ambulation exercises under the professional supervision of our therapists and nursing staff. | Support Services
Support services encompass the services offered by homemakers and live-in companions (both short term and long term). These services include light housekeeping, laundry, shopping, light meal preparation, medication reminders, and general companionship. | Personal Care Aide Services for Medicaid Wavier Patients
Some patients may qualify for services with Medicaid benefits that are not offered under standard Medicare coverage.
