Nursing Services
Our nurses always perform skilled assessments and evaluations. We provide a wide variety of nursing services, including but not limited to case management, pre- and post-operative care, wound care (we have nurses who are certified wound care specialists), intravenous therapy, injections, medication instruction, catheter care, ostomy care, diabetic management, blood testing, urine testing, TPN therapy, feeding tube teaching, management and care, Gaucher disease, and blood pressure management.

Physical Therapy
Our physical therapy services include the following but are not limited to:evaluations and rehabilitation services for specific loss of function, gait and transfer training, therapeutic exercises, balance activities, range of motion exercises, and home exercise programs. We utilize various pieces of adaptive equipment to aid the rehabilitation process.
Occupational Therapy
Occupational therapy exercises include a variety of therapeutic activities designed to restore physical functioning of your daily living activities. For example, we provide activities of daily living (ADL) training, muscle re-education, energy conservation training, respiratory exercises, and a variety of other functional activities.
Speech Therapy
Our speech therapy services include, but are not limited to: speech evaluations, speech assessments, swallowing instructions, verbalization and speech reading, cognitive function memory activity, and therapy for disorders that impair your speech. We are fully dedicated to helping you improve and regain your speech memory abilities.

Medical Social Services
Our medical social services include treatments that are provided by our licensed medical social workers. They address the social and emotional factors related to various illnesses. Our medical social services are also useful in educating you and your family about community resources available to improve the level of care in the home.

Private Duty Services
First an initial patient assessment and plan of care are performed by an RN. Then our certified nursing assistants, home health aides and patient care aides can implement private duty services of many varieties. Our staff will be happy to assist you with personal care habits and the activities of daily living (ADL). We provide assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, personal hygiene, and feeding. Our skilled paraprofessionals can also assist with range of motion and ambulation exercises under the professional supervision of our therapists and nursing staff.
Support Services
Support services encompass the services offered by homemakers and live-in companions (both short term and long term). These services include light housekeeping, laundry,  shopping, light meal preparation, medication reminders, and general companionship.

Personal Care Aide Services for Medicaid Wavier Patients
Some patients may qualify for services with Medicaid benefits that are not offered under standard Medicare coverage. Some of these services include personal care, bathing, grooming, dressing, and linen changes. Our Medicaid waiver specialist will gladly work with your social worker or discharge planner to see if you can qualify for these services.
